Our key aim is providing outstanding value and support to public service clients to make innovative improvements happen quickly.  

We focus solely on improving public services and we are passionate about delivering better experiences and outcomes for public service users.  Unlike other consultancies we offer a vast array of Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) as opposed to less experienced graduates in delivering our services.

Demystify focuses solely on four related disciplines including;

  • Business Cases; we draft business cases and supporting documentation; and the management of the cases through governance, assurance and approval processes,
  • Support Procurement, involving supporting commercial procurements by creating bid and evaluation documentation, financial modelling and contract engrossment,
  • Provide a Programme Leadership and PMO Services, which includes Leadership and Delivery of Programmes and Projects throughout the lifecycle.  We are specialists in programme start up or programme rescue.  We provide results driven, output based, specialists in governance and assurance.  We also provide Subject Matter Experts on Risks, Benefits, Planning and Reporting.  Our PMO services are at all levels, from set up and visioning to delivery being the heartbeat of management.
  • We provide independent advice, planning and programme communications services. This sits side by side with our stakeholder management and business change services. With our extensive experience and expertise in managing organisational reputations, corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, internal communications, in politically sensitive environments, including both central and local government sectors.

The partners in Demystify are Paul Dakin and Prakash Mistry.  Both Paul and Prakash are qualified accountants and possess first rate MBA’s from Henley Management College.  Both have over 20 years’ experience in a vast array of Public sector organisations.  Paul Dakin said “we are looking forward to this exciting venture and are confident of a win, win scenario for both our clients and Demystify”.
