Demystify focuses solely on three related disciplines including Business Cases; we draft Business Cases and supporting documentation; and the management of the cases through governance, assurance and approval processes, as well as Procurement. This involves supporting commercial procurements by creating bid and evaluation documentation, financial modelling and contract engrossment. Lastly we provide Programme Leadership and PMO Services, which includes Leadership and Delivery of Programmes and Projects throughout the lifecycle. We are specialists in programme start up or programme rescue. We provide results driven, output based, specialists in governance and assurance. We also provide Subject Matter Experts on Risks, Benefits, Planning and Reporting. Our PMO services are at all levels, from set up and visioning to delivery being the heartbeat of management.

Paul Dakin

I specialise in Business Cases and have extensive knowledge of HM Treasury Green book, the five case model. Author of many Strategic Outline Business Cases; Outline Business Case; and Full Business Cases; along with supporting documentation.

More generally I have wide experience of projects and programmes, particularly financial analysis, project governance, stakeholder management and financial models. I’m a qualified Accountant & Project Manager with a Business Degree and an MBA.

Prakash Mistry

A qualified Accountant in possession of a first-rate MBA. I have a proven record of achievement in assisting business managers, board members and directors with the preparation of short and long term Green Book business cases, financial planning, implementation of effective financial and operational management processes, monitoring and forecasting of budgets, ICT outsource procurements, operational performance management and change management in large public and private sector large organisations.
