Overview:
Demystify in collaboration with Methods Consulting are pleased to announce that we have secured the first of many contracts to produce an Outline Business case (OBC) for Health Resource Authority (HRA).
Why Demystify?
Demystify have worked in the NHS before and are able to access a range of specialist skills and industry expertise. Demystify offered a range of SME resources that could be deployed to the client’s site quickly while importantly still offering the client value for money. Furthermore, Demystify were able to demonstrate an ability to work willingly and collaboratively in partnership with the client with a focus on delivering the client’s outcomes.
Solution:
Recognising the importance of this programme’s OBC requirements, Demystify established a small team to manage the delivery of the case led by our highly trusted SME’s. Demystify were able to secure first-rate SME resources for this initial tranche of work within one working day.
Our delivery plan agreed with HRA was underpinned by a stringent governance process, including review meetings, onsite visits, telephone/e-mail contact and tailored progress/MI reporting to ensure that the overall deliverables met agreed KPIs and quality standards.
Results:
Demystify delivered:
- A fully compliant OBC within the timescales required by the client.
- Provided a full set of supporting annexes to the OBC.
The OBC was approved by the DHSC Investment Committee first time of asking.
Our contribution to the programme was deemed a success as all aspects of the four work packages were delivered to time and budget.
