Our task was to prepare a benefits realisation strategy and plan for this to deliver the new Emergency Services Network (ESN) critical communications system. This will replace the current Airwave service used by the emergency services in Great Britain.

Health Research Authority

Our role was to produce an Outline Business case (OBC) for Health Resource Authority (HRA).

Demystify delivered:

• A fully compliant OBC within the timescales required by the client.
• Provided a full set of supporting annexes to the OBC.

The OBC was approved by the DHSC Investment Committee first time of asking.
