Demystify Professional Services Ltd supported the ESMCP programme in walking through the first draft of FBC to various funding sponsored bodies. This included the Scottish and Welsh Governments, Department of Health, Home Office Police and Fire services. Further sessions were also run with HM Treasury and Cabinet Office.
Our particular focus was the key assumptions made on the costs and benefits, funding of the programme and contribution on funding by each funding sponsored bodies. The sessions were particular useful on the build and composition of the financial model and impact on each funding sponsored bodies. The programme also provided the movement of costs from the original FBC in 2015 to the current refreshed FBC.
Programme Finance Business Partner, Anna Mitchell said. “the funding of FBC is likely to be challenging in the current climate and it was imperative the ESMCP programme shared this information to key stakeholders in the first instance”.
